Classification of bolted bearings

1) Basic NUKR series

The bolt shaft type curve roller NUKR series is a fully loaded double row cylindrical roller structure.

2) Eccentric sleeve NUKRE series

The bolt axis type curve roller NUKRE series and NUKR series are similar in the structure of full loaded double row cylindrical roller, the only difference is that NUKRE series has an eccentric sleeve on the bolt axis.

3) Dual raceway PWKR series

The bolt axis type curve roller PWKR series is similar to the NUKR series, both of which are full loaded double row cylindrical roller structures. The only difference is that the outer ring of PWKR is double raceway, and the two rows of rollers are separated.

4) NUKRA series with side rollers

NUKRA series and NUKR series are similar in appearance, but the difference is that NUKRA is a stud bolt, and one side of the roller is added at the tail of the bolt shaft, resulting in structural changes. NUKRA is a single row full loaded cylindrical roller structure. This structure is the first of its kind for Wuxi Wald Bearing, and is applying for a patent.

5) KR series

KR series curve roller bearings are needle cage assembly bearings. The outer ring is axially guided through the rib on the bolt and the retaining ring fixed on the bolt, and can withstand heavy load and medium speed. As there is more grease storage space in the bearing, the lubrication cycle has to be extended.

KR is similar to NUKR. The difference is that KR has a retaining ring at both ends, while NUKR has a retaining ring at only one end.

6) KRV series

KRV series curve roller bearing is a fully loaded needle bearing. The outer ring is axially guided through the rib on the bolt and the retainer ring fixed on the bolt. It can withstand heavy load but low speed, but lubricating grease must be added frequently.

KRV is similar to NUKR. The difference is that KRV has retaining rings at both ends, while NUKR has retaining rings at only one end.
